What did we say?!? Stop thinking about big ears…long trunk…and enormous toes on ginormous feet. Ok, fine. If we can’t get you to not think of the two ton you-know-what in the room, then maybe George Lakoff can. Dr. Lakoff, the author of the superb Don’t Think of An Elephant, has just written a new primer on how Democrats can use language to win back the White House this November. We’ll talk to him on Monday morning, June 16, at 8:10 am central about The Political Mind: Why You Can’t Understand 21st-Century American Politics with an 18th-Century Brain, and hope to God that Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Howard Dean, and Barack Obama are listening.
