It is very funny that Tanner and Cooper both want this done so rapidly. Is it because they are endanger of losing thier seats. Where were they in 2000 when Democrates gerrymandered district lines to increase congressional seats in Tennessee. This law is only important to them inorder to maintane thier seats otherwise we would never have heard a thing about this.
