Congressman Jim Cooper will be on Liberadio(!) tomorrow morning along with Vanderbilt Professor John Geer, author of In Defense of Negativity: Attack Ads in Presidential Campaigns, and Ray Barrett, Elections Administrator for Davidson County.

Congressman Cooper was recently awarded the 2006 Judge Edward R. Finch Law Day Speech Award for his speech on “Executive Overreaching v. Congressional Underperformance.”
