After the 2004 election, Clinton Curtis, a Florida computer programmer, testified before U.S. House Committee Judiciary Democrats about electronic voting machines and his roll in creating a “vote rigging” software program to steal elections:

Curtis, a former Republican, is running as the Democratic nominee in the 2006 U.S. House election, in Florida’s 24th district. His opponent is Republican incumbent Tom Feeney, whom he says commissioned the software program.
