It’s the 5th Anniversary of the 9/11 attacks and an appropriate time to discuss illegal immigration, scapegoating, and the manipulation of the American people by a handful of politicians and pundits. Guests include Marjorie Cohn, Professor at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and president-elect of the National Lawyers Guild, who recently wrote a piece for CommonDreams.org about President Bush’s decision to send Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and 13 other alleged terrorists associated with 9/11 to the Guantanamo Bay prison camp (”Why now?”, we ask) and Jim Norton, author of Saving General Washington, and senior producer of the Al Franken Show at Air America.
